Chicken Schnitzel
Chicken Schnitzel is a popular and tasty treat served throughout Israel. Schnitzel is Austrian in origin; it was traditionally made with veal (known as Wiener Schnitzel) or pork. The dish later found its way to Israel with European Jewish immigrants.

Ingredients:-
- Chicken Breast - 2
- All purpose flour - 100gm
- Salt - To taste
- Pepper - To taste
- Egg - 2
- Milk - 50ml
- Breadcrumbs - 100gm
- Cooking Oil - 3tbsp
Method:-
- Using meat millet OR pounder flatten a chicken breast in between 2pcs of plastic wrap.
- Using a 3 separate shallow bowls, place flour,salt,pepper. Combine milk and egg in another bowl & put breadcrumbs in third bowl.
- Coat chicken with flour, deep in egg milk mixture then coat in breadcrumbs.
- On large skillet on high heat. Add oil the chicken & fry 1 minute on each side OR until cooked through.
