Potato Chili Fry |
- Potato - 225gm
- Red chilies - 5
- Sesame Oil - 15ml
- Garlic - 8cloves
- Soy sauce - 5gm
- Salt - to taste
- Sesame seed - 1tsp
- Spring Onion - 2tbsp
Method:-
- Peel & cut potatoes in wedges.
- Parboil (half) the potatoes.
- Heat oil in wok , add chopped garlic , broken chilies, stir for 1 min.
- Add potatoes & cook till done , sprinkle soy sauce & sesame seed, remove from heat.
- Serve hot garnished with chopped spring onions.
